PARDO GOLD JOINT VENTURE
35.5% JV Interest
Pardo JV Gold Project, Ontario
Model analogous to Witwatersrand Basin in South Africa
• A Joint Venture with Endurance owning 35.5%.
• Located 65 km northeast of Sudbury, Ontario. Road accessible.
• Covers PreCambrian (Huronian) basal conglomerate analogous to Witwatersrand Basin in South Africa, which has produced 1.7 billion ounces gold.
• Between 2005 and 2012, 318 vertical drill holes have been completed to target the definition of gold-enriched conglomerate channels.
• The 2012 JV Drilling Program increased the size of known Trench 2 surface deposit to about 300 x 300 metres. A basin analysis study with Witwatersrand experts prioritized the joint venture claims.
• 2013 surface prospects with cut channel values up to 36.5 gpt gold over 31 metres and 28.7 gpt gold over 20 metres (estimated true width 2 metres).
• 2014 surface discovery with cut channel values up to 10.4 gpt gold over 29 metres and 5.2 gpt gold over 140 metres (estimated true width 4 metres).
• 2015 Winter Drill program on the Godzilla Zone confirms continuity of host conglomerate. 2016 Program Proposed and under consideration.

RATTLESNAKE HILLS 2% NSR ROYALTY
Rattlesnake Hills District, Wyoming Intrusive Related Gold Project
• Geological setting similar to major alkaline intrusive-related gold systems, such as Cripple Creek, Colorado (20 Million ounce producer).
• In October 2015, Endurance sold its ownership in its property for 1,400,000 shares of GFG Resources and US$150,000 in cash. GFG is currently private but will become public through a RTO in Sept 2016
• GFG Resources also granted Endurance a 2% Net Smelter Return (NSR) royalty on approximately 7,000 acres covering the Northern Eastern and Western extensions of the Rattlesnake Hills alkaline intrusive-related gold district, Wyoming.
• GFG Resources has consolidated the remainder of the Rattlesnake Hills District through purchase and staking.
• As a result Endurance has swapped its 100% ownership interest in a portion of the Rattlesnake Hills district for equity ownership exposure to the entire district including the North Stock Discovery.
