Letter from the Chief Dear Valued Customers, Last year’s OmegaPS UGM was a great success and we look forward to building on that success in the UGM planned for 2019. The next UGM will be held Wednesday and Thursday, May 8 and 9, 2019, in Ottawa. Ottawa seems like a convenient location for our commercial and military customers to come together, while learning more about OmegaPS and Analyzer. OmegaPS briefs and demos will be presented on Wednesday. Thursday will be used to cover any OmegaPS carry over briefs from Wednesday with the rest of the day devoted to Analyzer briefs. We would like to thank the 2017 speakers for their well-received presentations: Anmarie Flamingo and Ryan Krause – Oshkosh Defense, Bruce Beard – IMP Aerospace, Gregory van Bavel and Patrick Simard – DND, and our Keynote Speaker Commodore Simon Page – DND. This year we would like to include more customer representatives than we have had in the past. Our customers represent a broad spectrum of aerospace, naval and land equipment engineering support and have much to add to a gathering such as the UGM. I ask therefore that you consider submitting a paper as a framework for a presentation to this upcoming UGM. Presenting an OmegaPS or Analyzer related topic at the UGM gives you and your company a chance to impart your knowledge in the area of Supportability Engineering and the applications to your peers in the industry and receive feedback and perhaps advice on how other users may have addressed a similar situation. In addition, as in past years, all companies making presentations to the UGM will be offered designated space in the conference room to disseminate and display company brochures and information. Please read through the information provided in this guide and make the decision to submit a paper for presentation. You may even want to submit more than one! We are looking forward to seeing you at the UGM in Ottawa. Regards, Brian MacDonald Chief Operations Officer Pennant Software Services Group
