• Nominating Committee: Start the process
of electing a Nominating Committee. • Confirm Membership Roster to State:
Check with State to confirm that they have received your roster and payment.
• Council Board Elections: Elections are around the corner. If you are interested in joining the Council Board next year, please submit a resume and/or a letter of interest. Applications are available on line.
• Notebooks: Remind all chairs to prepare their notebooks for passing on to the new board chairs. Remember to include: calendars, schedules, agendas, CD, thumb drives, etc.

2012-2013 Reflections Theme

Local PTAs will advance 10% of their entries to Texas PTA. Texas PTA recommends that the Local PTA deadline be set no earlier than the end of February. Advancing entries are due to NE council of PTA's by March 25, 2013. There will be a drop off on Monday, March 25th from 9am- 12pm at Piper Bass. The results of state-level judging will be posted on the Texas PTA website no later than May 15th.
