Workout Wednesday Every Wednesday morning each class will have a half an hour session focusing on fitness and increasing their heart rate. Daily Boost On Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday each class with have a 15 minute daily boost session, this can be the mile walk, Just Dance, Joe Wicks etc.
