Reducing Cost with Oracle’s BI Publisher David Lipchak, AMX

Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BI Publisher) enables customers to simplify and improve their JD Edwards EnterpriseOne reporting. BI Publisher can create content rich, pixel perfect output and is a great solution for external facing documents like invoices, statements and checks that include images, special formatting and various delivery options (email, fax and html). BI Publisher will help customers simplify their forms output technology footprint and reduce our total cost of ownership for managing output forms. BI Publisher, which is now included as part of the Technology Foundation for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and World software and allows customers to design and edit their forms output with ease using familiar desktop applications like Microsoft Word. Extracting data directly from JD Edwards EnterpriseOne; customers can quickly and efficiently create and maintain their business documents. BI Publisher is able to replace some of the third party tools that were previously required. This can lower a customer’s cost on annual software maintenance along with reduce training and development costs associated with third party products.

PeopleSoft Update and Investment Strategy

This PeopleSoft update discusses the value delivered by PeopleSoft 9.1 by looking at its adoption by customers.
