Mineral Titles Act

General Reservation of Land(RL 31910)

I, Alan Charles Holland, Senior Director Mines/Director Mineral Titles, as the delegate

of the Minister for Primary Industry and Resources:

(a) under section 113 of the Mineral Titles Act, reserve all the land in the locality of

Pine Creek that is shown without shading or hatching within the thick black lines

on the plan in the Schedule from the following activities:

(i) exploration for minerals generally;

(ii) extraction of minerals generally;

(iii) exploration for extractive minerals;

(iv) extraction of extractive minerals; and

(b) give notice that:

(i) the reservation mentioned in paragraph (a) takes effect on the day this

notice is published in the Gazette; and

(ii) the land mentioned in paragraph (a) is being reserved for a proposed

fossicking area; and

(iii) a person is not entitled to apply for the grant of any mineral title in relation

to the land; and

(c) under section 114 of the Act, state that:

(i) the land in the title area of EL 29051 that is shown hatched within the

thick black line on the plan in the Schedule will become general reserved

land on the day EL 29051 ceases to be in force, being 5 June 2019

unless it is sooner cancelled or surrendered or is renewed; and

(ii) the land in the title area of EL 29762 that is shown hatched within the

thick black line on the plan in the Schedule will become general reserved

land on the day EL 29762 ceases to be in force, being 10 July 2019

unless it is sooner cancelled or surrendered or is renewed; and


(d) under section 114 of the Act, give notice that:

(i) the land mentioned in paragraph (c) is reserved from the following

activities:

(A) exploration for minerals generally;

(B) extraction of minerals generally;

(C) exploration for extractive minerals;

(D) extraction of extractive minerals; and

(ii) the land mentioned in paragraph (c) is being reserved for a proposed



to the land.

Titles Act:

(a) reserve the land in the locality of Watson shown without hatching within the thick

black lines on the plan in the Schedule from the following activities:

(i) exploration for minerals generally;

(ii) extraction of minerals generally;

(iii) exploration for extractive minerals;

(iv) extraction of extractive minerals; and

(b) give notice that:

(i) the reservation takes effect on the day this notice is published in the

Gazette; and

(ii) the land specified in paragraph (a) is being reserved for a proposed



to the land.

Mineral Titles Act

Revocation of General Reservation of Land(RL 29102)

I, Alan Charles Holland, Senior Director Mines/Director Mineral Titles, as the

delegate of the Minister for Primary Industry and Resources, under section 113(4) of

the Mineral Titles Act and with reference to regulation 92(2) of the Mineral Titles

Regulations:

(a) with effect on and from the date this notice is published in the Gazette:

(i) revoke the reservation made by notice entitled "General Reservation of

Land on Cessation of Title (RL 29102)" dated 15 May 2012 and

published in Gazette No. G22 of 30 May 2012 in relation to the land

shown stippled within the thick black lines on the plan in the Schedule;

and

(ii) revoke the reservation made by notice entitled "General Reservation of

Land (RL 29102) dated 15 May 2012 and published in Gazette

No. G22 of 30 May 2012 in relation to the land shown without stippling

or hatching within the thick black lines on the plan in the Schedule; and

(b) state that the reason for each revocation is to replace the reservations

mentioned in paragraph (a) with a new reservation of general reserved land.

delegate of the Minister for Primary Industry and Resources, under section 113(4) of

the Mineral Titles Act and with reference to regulation 92(2) of the Mineral Titles

Regulations:

(a) with effect on and from the date this notice is published in the Gazette, revoke

the reservation made by the notice entitled "General Reservation of Land

(RL 29788)" dated 21 August 2013 and published in Gazette No. G35 of

28 August 2013 in relation to the land shown unshaded within the thick black

lines on the plan in the Schedule; and

(b) state that the reason for the revocation is to replace the reservation

mentioned in paragraph (a) with a new reservation of general reserved land.
