Please bring lunch and a refillable drink bottle. If bringing foodplease make sure it’s nutritious and doesn't require heating orcooking.

Please be mindful of the planned incursion/excursion and ensureyour children are dressed appropriately. Don’t forget your sun smarthat, comfortable clothes, closed shoes and a drink bottle.

To avoid loss or disappointment, please leave your valuables, moneyand electronic toys (including tablets and smartphones) at home.

Bookings madewithin 5 days for a Vacation Caresession will incur an extra charge of$4.00 per day per child. 7 daysnotice is required for cancellation ofa Vacation Care booking to ensureyou will not incur out of pocketcosts. Please note that bookingscannot be made online within 5days of the session commencing.
