Anatomy of a Tweet
Favorites, Retweets, Replies
FavoriteFavorites are most commonly used when users like a Tweet. Favoriting a Tweet can let the original poster know that you liked their Tweet, or you can save the Tweet for later.
RetweetA Tweet that you forward to your followers is known as a Retweet. You can use our built-in Retweet feature for this. If you'd like to add your own comments to the tweet, you can use the quote Tweet feature.
ReplyYou can join the conversation on Twitter by @replying to others and by mentioning them in your own Tweets.

EngageWiringTheBrain:Exciting findings in schizophrenia genetics – but what do they mean? I consider the implications in a new blogpost http://t.co/EDdXsXrS9gJul 22, 2014 7:03 a.m.
psychgenomics:@WiringTheBrain Hi - you rare var %s seem very high (order of mag above what seems to be indicated by current papers), what refs?Jul 22, 2014 2:31 p.m.
WiringTheBrain:@psychgenomics Maybe a bit high. But not 10X! 22q11 alone ~1%, large CNVs ~8% http://t.co/kZnOFvARy4 + add new genes http://t..co/vEE5083GWMJul 23, 2014 2:33 a.m.
psychgenomics:@WiringTheBrain The 22q11.2 finding is very convincing - less convinced with the large CNVs findings.Jul 23, 2014 5:43 a.m.
WiringTheBrain:@psychgenomics Penetrance of many for SZ is lower, but associations compelling, in my view (and that of many others) http://t.co/5sx4dZxxcrJul 23, 2014 5:56 a.m.
EngageBertGold4:@psychgenomics @WiringTheBrain I don't think you can establish "penetrance" retrospectively. Tried & failed on hemochromatosis.Jul 23, 2014 6:36 a.m.
WiringTheBrain:@BertGold4 @psychgenomics Very much depends on definition of phenotype(s) and ascertainment methodsJul 23, 2014 6:45 a.m.
BertGold4:@WiringTheBrain @psychgenomics OK, if you say so. Will Foulkes has some good papers on this issue w/respect to BRCA1/2.Jul 23, 2014 6:46 a.m.
psychgenomics:@BertGold4 @WiringTheBrain Sampling frame will be hard to get right here as need good quality DNA to do these analyses. All birth series?Jul 23, 2014 12:37 p.m.
BertGold4:@psychgenomics @WiringTheBrain What about the National Childrens Study?Jul 23, 2014 12:39 p.m.

Our culture and economy is increasingly shifting away from a focus on a relatively small number of ‘hits’ (mainstream products and markets) at the head of the demand curve and toward a huge number of niches in the tail.
