All patients are encouraged to call with any questions they may have on medical problems. The office staff will relay your messages to the doctor and your call will be returned or otherwise

answered at the earliest convenience.

All prescriptions and authorizations for refills should be requested during normal business hours. We recommend that you call your pharmacy and request the refill. The pharmacy will send that request to the appropriate provider. The provider will approve that request within 48 hours. You should call your pharmacy to learn if your prescription is ready. Prescriptions will not be called in if you have not been seen in the office in the past year. As always, if you encounter any problems please call

least 15 minutes before close.

Medical StaffDr. Arthur P. AlundayBoard Certified Internal Medicine Physician

Dr. Alunday joined the practice in 1994. He specializes in Internal Medicine and is trained in Hematology/Oncology. Dr. Alunday received his medical degree from the University of the Philippines College of Medicine.

Dr. Jennifer L. FletcherBoard Certified Family Physician

Dr. Fletcher is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Medicine. She joined the practice in 2003. She sees patients of all ages and accepts obstetrics patients.

Cary Troutman, FNPFamily Nurse Practitioner

Cary Troutman received her Nurse Practitioner ’s degree from Ball State University. She is especially passionate about diabetes management and is excited to bring new diabetic technology to this area.

Shelly Walsman, FNPFamily Nurse Practitioner

Shelly Walsman has been a nurse practitioner since 1992. She received her Master ’s in Nursing as Family Nurse Practitioner in 2001. Shelly rejoined our practice in 2011, and provides care to patients of all ages.

Natasha C. Struewing, WHNPWomen’s Health Nurse Practitioner

Natasha Struewing graduated from University of Indianapolis in 2001 with a degree in Nursing. She also graduated from Indiana University with a Master ’s in Science of Nursing as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner.

Dr. Mary R. McCulloughBoard Certified Family Physician

Dr. McCullough graduated from the Indiana University School of Medicine and joined the practice in 1986. She treats the entire spectrum of illnesses and especially enjoys obstetrics and pediatrics.

Dr. Noel P. MungcalBoard Certified Family Physician

Since 1997, Dr. Mungcal has served patients of all ages in Southeastern Indiana. He received his medical degree from the Far Eastern University in Manila, Philippines.
