GentlemenI wanted to let you know about contact Ive had with Councilman Spencer.

He recently emailed me about a meeting I was setting up with FDOT and DAG Architects about

the Baywalk project. Though DAG was selected by the three-member selection committee,CRA will still need to approve the contract for design services. As Councilman Spencer will

have to vote on the contract award, I advised him that he could not contact DAG or be present atthe meetings until the contract was finalized. Regardless, he came to the meeting and later

invited the Mayor. While we did not discuss fees or specifics of the contract while he waspresent, I wanted to keep you informed in case it becomes an issue at CRA Board.
