About UsFrontier Adjusters is a network of independent, multi-line claims adjusters that has been serving the property and casualty insurance industry since 1957. Our local franchised offices have successfully worked with thousands of insurance companies, TPAs and self-insured customers. Frontier has handled millions of assignments including, but not limited to, auto appraisals, property estimates, complex casualty claims and catastrophic events of all kinds. With 720+ franchised offices throughout the U.S. and parts of Canada, our extensive network is able to provide prompt, professional service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Phoenix-based Customer Service Center is connected to each of our local offices through our proprietary claims management system — FACTS (Frontier Adjusters Claim Tracking System). Our local offices are connected to FACTS to manage their customer assignments, their file documents and their file communication; ensuring greater conformity and quality across our entire network.

All adjusting and appraisal services are performed by independently owned offices that have been franchised by Frontier Adjusters, Inc. (Frontier). Certain marketing, customer service, and administrative duties are provided by employees of Marathon Management Services, LLC, pursuant to a management contract with Frontier. Our NetworkExperienceFrontier Adjusters is not the place one starts an adjusting career. We do not consider people for franchises without a minimum of 5 years of multi-line property and casualty experience. It is more common for prospective franchisees to come to us from major carriers where they served as local, regional, and/or national claim managers; or from competing IA firms that are consolidating offices or eliminating staff; or from TPAs and other industry claim sources. This is why we can state that our owner-operators average more than 20 years of claim experience in the property and casualty business.

Geographical CoverageOur network of 720+ advertised locations spans the United States and parts of Canada with strong representation and coverage in both rural and urban settings. This distribution often puts us closer to the claim scene providing savings in LAE costs through reduced travel time with enhanced response time for your insured and/or claimants.

24 Hour Hotline – 800-426-7228Our Hotline is staffed by dispatchers 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. A call to the Hotline will trigger an assignment to the closest available Frontier office. A Frontier adjuster will contact the party you identify, confirm instructions, and start on the claim. If we cannot locate a Frontier office to respond, we will, at your request, attempt to secure another independent on your behalf.

Online Claims PortalSubmitting your assignment online has never been easier with our newly designed online assignment forms. Now only featuring two forms – 1 form for vehicle appraisals and 1 form for all other assignments types including property and casualty, our online experience brings a whole new meaning to simplicity.

Our online portal also provides a high level of data security. Our portal is a secure site (prefix with “https:”). Data transmissions between you and our servers are encrypted to prevent “eavesdropping” and unauthorized access. You can feel confident that your client’s data is being protected through the use of our online portal.

Online users also have the option to create an online profile to help you save time and energy with our auto-fill feature for your contact information. The auto-fill feature reduces keystrokes and eliminates redundant data entry altogether. Let our assignment forms do the work for you.
