PET COURTESY It has been brought to our attention that pets are creating unsanitary conditions in the common areas. Please be considerate and pick up after your pet. We appreciate it, grounds maintenance appreciates it and you will too when you’re walking! In addition, please be considerate to homeowners who live next to the common areas and refrain from walking your pets along the fence line.

Dick Gothier, Security Patrol Manager Cottonwood Palo Verde

DO YOU HAVE RENTERS? It is required of all renters in Cottonwood and Palo Verde to have a Renter Card in order to use any of the CWPV facilities. In order to obtain a Renter Card, the Homeowner of record must surrender their Homeowner Cards and complete and sign a CWPV Rental Agreement. It is a good idea to keep a copy of the Renter Information packet at your residence. This packet contains vital information about our community. Renter information packets are available at Homeowner Services.

HOME IMPROVEMENTS Homeowners – If you are contemplating making any type of changes to the exterior of your property such as: Paint, AC Replacement, Roof Repair or Replacement, Window Replacement, Additions, Landscape or Irrigation Changes etc. please contact Joanne Barnes (480-895-3550 ext. 305) or Bill Miller (480-298-6350) to determine if a Homeowners Association Permit and/or Maricopa County Permit is required. Whether you are doing it yourself or having a contractor do it, the responsibility for

the proper permits falls to the homeowner. Thanks for making Sun Lakes a great community to live in.
