Get your family, friends or workmates together and raise money for Willowbrook Hospice.

Whether it’s a tea party, coffee morning or just a catch up over a cuppa, we guarantee you will

have lots of fun. So what are you waiting for? Put the kettle on and get baking!

1. Choose a date and venueOur Big Tea Party campaign runs throughout the year, but spring and summer are ideal times to get everyone involved just as the weather picks up (hopefully!). Why not combine it with a birthday, anniversary or christening? You could hold it at home, at work, in the park, on the beach or even at your local pub or social club.

2. Choose your themeHere are some ideas: you could have a garden party, afternoon tea party, coffee morning, teddy bears tea party, a cake sale or baking competition or even a Mad Hatters afternoon tea. If you haven’t got a lot of time, you could just have your tea and biscuits on your work break. Nice and easy….

3. Set your fundraising targetThe more guests you have the more money you will raise for our patients. Will you charge for tickets or ask for donations? Maybe you could have a raffle or cake competition (Great Office ‘Bake Off’ anyone?) to help raise even more money.

4. Invite your guestsUse the invitation in this pack to send out to all of your friends and family.

5. Get some helpAsk your friends and family to get involved. Maybe they could bake some cakes, put up a poster at work or spread the word about what you are up to via social media such as Facebook or Twitter.
