Why did I just tell you all that?!And what has it got to do with marketing?

• You need to get people’s attention with engaging content

• Use content that is non sales related and informative

• No kittens!

• Grow your audience

• Use the 80/20 rule don’t do the hard sell all of the time.

general ideas:

• Share industry news and tips

• Share news, pictures, videos etc about where your business is based

• Share your good news stories and those of other businesses

• Share content almost anyone can relate to every so often

• Think creatively about what makes your customers 'tick' and remember the 80/20 split.
