In case of non-receipt of the “call letters for interview” by any short-listed candidate by the date of interview, he/she may also directly come to attend the interview with the following documents/certificates (self-attested photocopies for submission and originals for verification) – 1. Print-out of the filled-in application form with photograph 2. IBPS Score card of common written examination held on September/October 2014 3. Secondary School Certificate/School leaving certificate for proof of age. 4. Mark sheet (Year wise) showing specifically the subjects studied including the local language of the state and certificates in support of educational qualification viz. SSC/HSC/Graduation/Post graduation/ Professional/Research qualification etc. 5. Candidates applying under reserved categories must submit certificate from the Competent Authority in the prescribed format. The caste/tribe, for which reservation is claimed, must be in the list of scheduled caste/tribe, OBC, as notified for the state of Assam. 6. In case of OBCs, a certificate certifying that the candidate does not belong to Creamy layer section and not excluded from the benefits or reservation for other backward class in civil post and services of Government of India. Further, such certificate should not be more than one year old as on the date of interview. 7. Photo identity proof 8. Experience Certificate (mandatory in case of candidates for the post of Officer Scale II) 9. No objection Certificate from the employer, if the candidate is already in service. 10. Properly filled up “Particulars of applicant” (will be handed over on the date of interview) 11. Any other relevant document It is to be noted that candidates called for interview for the post of Officer Scale I and Office Assistant (M) must invariably fulfil the language proficiency criterion as mentioned below, in addition to other eligibility criteria – The roll nos. of the short-listed candidates as well as the interview schedule with details of date, time and venue of interview are available in Bank’s website www.agvbank.co.in . NOTICE

It is for information of all concerned that individual call letters for interview for the posts of Office Assistant (M), Officer

Scale I and Scale II under Recruitment Project 2015 are being dispatched. In case of non-receipt of the “call letters for

interview” by any short-listed candidate by the date of interview, he/she may also directly come to attend the interview with
