Indian School of Mines Dhanbad NOTICE All the Students ISM has implemented an online STUDENT-FEEDBACK system. It is mandatory for all the students to give their feedback at the end of each semester. Your independent and well-considered responses will help us in making our Institute an ever better place. The following steps to be followed: 1. Go to the website of ISM (www.ismdhanbad.ac.in) and select login to MIS (Intranet). 2. Enter your login credential. Click on the "Semester FEEDBACK" link. The link for the same will be provided at ISM website from 30th November 2015 to 11th December 2015. 3. Respond to each statement carefully. After you fill in all required data a submit button will be displayed. 4. Click the submit button. 5. Confirm your responses. 6. Take a print-out of the receipt or generate the same at a later date / different place where printing facility is available. 7. Submit the signed receipt at the examination section [to DR (EXAM&ACAD)] to enable them to publish your result. The grade cards of all students admitted to the first year of 2015-16 will be generated through MIS and the official grade cards will be issued after completing the requirements of the concerned degree.
