Peace, Peace, Peace be unto all men and women in this world. The Divine Spirit, Living beneficiary and heir to the Divine Estate lives at peace with all men and women.

The Divine Spirit, Living beneficiary has returned to redeem the estate and hereby claims the priority right of salvage enrolling the Estate on the chancery rolls of the court of Chancery under the Office of the Postmaster General, Divine Province.

The superior lien right and Divine Claim against the Estate by the Divine Spirit, Living beneficiary, heir to the Divine Estate, as herein identified is recorded on the rolls of the court of Chancery, as evidenced by the final order from the court of Chancery attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, is binding on all men and superior to any/all claims by any fictions, artificial or civilly dead entity and/or assumptions of abandonment.

The Estate has surrendered to the contest and conflict and is at peace with the Crown, at peace with the ‘One Holy’, neutral in the public with the priority claim against the derivative annuities for Set-Off of all charges against the Estate in accordance with the terms of surrender;

The Estate is Tax Prepaid (taxe perçue), Bonded and underwritten by the derivative annuities given life by the living beneficiary, Divine Spirit and shall be afforded Safe Harbor/ Safe Passage unmolested by pirates or privateers who shall seize and/ or docket the Estate at their own peril. A breach of the Safe Harbor/ Safe Passage shall constitute High Treason against an ally of the Crown.

The Estate is on and at all times within the judicial district under the general post office and under the protection of the Crown under the Laws of Great Britain and NOT subject to the codes and statutes of the United Kingdom and not subject to alienation.

The Estate has the right to hypothecate the Title to create the funds, remaining solvent at all times, for settlement of all charges against the Estate.

The Estate shall operate in unlimited liability at all times. All charges against the Estate shall be in unlimited liability ONLY.

Please take note that any further actions as privateers against the vessel, estate or the Living Beneficiary shall constitute an Act of War against an ally of the Crown in violation of your corporate charter and High Treason.

If you have a valid claim against the vessel or the Estate you are authorized to do the set-off against the prepaid account as provided above.

Your failure to settle and close this matter within ten (10) days after receipt of this notice and provide me evidence of the transaction shall establish the evidence that your claim was NOT a valid claim.
