Grandparents Day We have been including the order form for our Grandparents Day on Tuesday November 22 2016 We are changing from serving lunch to servshying a full hot breakfast to our Grandparents We have too many students and grandparents this year to serve lunch as it would have required five lunch shifts We will begin the day with Mass at 930am in the church Following Mass Grandparents will be invited to the main school hall for a delicious hot full breakfast served by our 8th grade stushydents and prepared by Apple Spice They will be entertained by each class in the school while they are enjoying their breakfast Classroom visits and GrandparentsGrandchildren portraits taken by lifetouch (if purchased-see envelope included in this newsletter) will occur following breakfast Afshyter classroom visits we encourage Grandparents to sign their grandchildren out of school and take them to their special place for lunch We also need volunteers to help with this day Please call the main office and leave your name We ask all parents who volunteer to remain in the school hall and let the classroom visits be a special time for the grandparentsspecial person and grandchildren

Lifetouch will take family photos 1230 pm - Grandparents are welcome to sign their grandchildren out of
school and take them to lunch to a place of their choosing Parents must have signed permission release
All remaining students will have to bring a bag lunch
Breakfast is $500 per person and is provided by Apple Spice function Breakfast will be served to grandparents and special persons only

930 am - 1030 am - Mass at St Marys Catholic Church 1030 am - 11 30 am - Breakfast for Grandparents in School Hall 1130 am - 1230 pm - Classrooms will be open for visitors
Lifetouch will take family photos 1230 pm - Grandparents are welcome to sign their grandchildren out of
school and take them to lunch to a place of their choosing Parents must have signed permission release
All remaining students will have to bring a bag lunch
Breakfast is $500 per person and is provided by Apple Spice function Breakfast will be served to grandparents and special persons only
Portraits There will be two photographers on site to take portraits of grandparents and their grandchildren We ask all who are interested to please pre-registerpreshy~ All pre-registered customers will go first Lifetouch order forms will be coming home in the white envelope Families who have not pre-registered will still be able to have portraits taken after pre-registered portraits are completed

930 am - 1030 am - Mass at St Marys Catholic Church 1030 am - 11 30 am - Breakfast for Grandparents in School Hall 1130 am - 1230 pm - Classrooms will be open for visitors
Lifetouch will take family photos 1230 pm - Grandparents are welcome to sign their grandchildren out of
school and take them to lunch to a place of their choosing Parents must have signed permission release
All remaining students will have to bring a bag lunch
Breakfast is $500 per person and is provided by Apple Spice function Breakfast will be served to grandparents and special persons only
