The Foxtrot is the most popular of all dances. Foxtrot and Texas Two-Step are virtually the same. At most dances, about 60% to 70% of the individual dances are Foxtrots/Texas Two Steps. When you develop a number of different steps in the Foxtrot, beyond the basic, you will impress a lot of other dancers. The class is for folks who never had formal lessons or who had lessons, but have forgotten most of what they learned. Dancing is fun, good mental and aerobic exercise, and a great way to make new friends. The best thing is that the lessons are free!
