UUFB NEWS November 2017 Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Bozeman www.uu$bozeman.org 406-586-1368 Rev. Duffy Peet minister@uu$bozeman.org Sunday Service: 10:00 a.m. 325 N. 25th Ave. Bozeman, Montana November Sunday Services November 19, 2017 Rev. Duffy Peet Actualizing Justice, Equity, and Compassion The Second Principle of the Unitarian Universalist Association calls us to af$irm and promote justice, equity, and compassion in human relations. Each of these, justice, equity, and compassion, is signi$icant enough and expansive enough to have volumes written on it. Transforming these values from something hoped for into lived experience for all is beyond the ability of any one of us. Yet while none of us alone can make the world a just, equitable, and compassionate place, it is only through the efforts of each of us that these values can be manifest in the world. How might any one of us further one or all of these values? November 12, 2017 Rev. Duffy Peet Supporting Our Fellowship and Its Mission Over the course of the last two years Members and Friends of UUFB have been very generous in providing the support needed to obtain a building of our own and ful$ill a signi$icant portion of the Fellowship’s Vision Statement. As the annual “pledge drive” begins, we have an opportunity to offer continuing support for UUFB and its Mission. How will we support our Fellowship in the coming year? November 26, 2017 Dan Sweeney, Misha Smetana, & Another UUFB Member Attitudes of Gratitude Lay Presenters In recognition of the season of Thanksgiving, three members of our Fellowship will share their thoughts on the meaning of “Attitudes of Gratitude.”
