All entries must be submitted by using track wrestling.

Wrestlers in small groups will be combined with a larger group.

No bracket will be larger than 32 participants.

RANKINGS AAA - Nat’l Placer (Tulsa/USA/USJOC) AA - State Placer

A - State Qualifi er B - Good C - Average D - Beginner

A non-rated wrestler will be considered a “D” wrestler and accordingly placed on the tournament bracket.

Child abuse of any form - mental or physical - will not be tolerated!

Wrestlers MUST wear a singlet at weigh-ins

It is the coach’s responsibility to inform his wrestling club’s par-ents and participants of the rules of the WSF Thanksgiving Wrestling Classic. Any flagrant or repeated violations by any coach, parent, spectator or wrestler will be cause for immediate eviction from the tournament and may cause a contestant to be disqualifi ed. All tournament rules will be strictly enforced by tournament security. All spectators and contestants are to observe and obey the rules and regulations of Wichita Sports Forum.

AWARDS

AWARDS WILL BE GIVEN TO PLACES 1-4 Outstanding Wrestler Trophy in each age division. The Outstand-ing Wrestler must be a champion and the award is based on the champion with the most falls in the least amount of time. Team Trophies awarded in each division to the team with the most points after the championship round. No team will be awarded more than one team trophy.

Points will be awarded as follows: First Place - 14 Points; Second Place - 10 Points; Third Place - 7 Points; Fourth Place -4 Points

DEADLINE Monday, November 21, 2016

Entry through track wrestling must be done by Monday, November 21 at 11:59 pm. The Wichita Sports Forum reserves the right to refuse service and may cease taking applicants at any time. Entries will be cutoff when the maximum number of participants has been reached. All entries are fi nal.

RULES KSHSAA rules will apply with Kansas Kids’ modifi cations. Age requirements for wrestlers is listed as of August 31, 2016. All wrestlers must have a current USA Wrestling card.Head gear is required.There will be a doctor present at the weigh in. Wrestlers with any skin disorders MUST have a medical sheet fi lled out and signed by their doctor.Coaches / wrestlers ONLY will be allowed on the wrestling fl oor. Parents or wrestlers not competing will NOT be allowed matside. Coolers are PROHIBITED. Smoking will NOT be allowed in the building.

Seeding InformationIn order to help us seed the brackets correctly, it is important to list all the information that is requested on the entry form. If you do not provide us with any of the information, your wrestler will be seeded as a “D” wrestler for the Classic and placed on the bracket accordingly.

Weight Changes

Friday Night Weigh-Ins Only. Satellite Weigh-Ins will be offered at select locations.

Combining Weight GroupsWSF Thanksgiving Classic organizers reserve the right to combine any weight groups they feel are necessary.

WRESTLING TIME PERIODS

All back door matches for 12, 14 and high school age divisions will be three (3), one (1) minute time periods. No 11/2 minute time periods for back door matches.
