Question: Selling a home can be stressful. How do I keep my sanity during the process?

answer: Flexibility is key. Sometimes it is the little things that win a buyer over. For instance, if the buyer raves about your lanai furniture, consider throwing it in. If the closing date has been pushed up, make an effort to pack the moving van a little faster.Don’t be greedy.
