November 6, 2018 Attention: Howard Heller, President Dear Mr. Heller, As the General Manager of the Holiday Inn in El Monte, California, I would like to share my experience with you regarding the placement of your portable Specialty Coffee Kiosk in our hotel. Our guests love it because of the quality of the different choices and the convenience of not having to leave the hotel to find a location where they may purchase their favorite brews. Our busy staff is happy because it requires less than two-minutes a day to maintain it. I should also mention, our 65 employees are as excited about having the Kiosk coffees immediately available just as our guests are. As you know, your Kiosk program was set up so we did not have to come up with a penny out of pocket to begin making money. Our profits were 100% beginning with the first cup of specialty coffee sold. How much better could it be? I believe that every owner of every hotel should place a Kiosk in their location. I strongly recommend it. Our guests love it because of the quality of the different choices and the convenience of not having to leave the hotel to find a location where they may purchase their favorite brews.

As you know, your Kiosk program was set up so we did not have to come up with a penny out of pocket to begin making money. Our profits were 100% beginning with the first cup of specialty coffee sold. How much better could it be?

I believe that every owner of every hotel should place a Kiosk in their location. I strongly recommend it.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my great satisfaction with my entire

experience with Espresso-Etc and our Super-Automatic Aroma Café.

My staff and customers at Honda World L.A. have expressed their delight in having such

great gourmet coffees available at the touch of a button. For the first time since Honda

Motors started sharing the customer feedback letters they receive about our parts and

service departments, the vast majority of them include a mention about our coffee. Many

of them have spoken directly to me and my assistants about the quality and aroma.

All of these things are great but the truly exceptional thing in our relationship with your

company has been the timely and outstanding service you have provided. This definitely

sets you apart from other coffee services we have dealt with. One example was the time

my Assistant Manager called late on a Saturday and your representative, Mark Terry

dropped whatever he was doing and was there before we closed. We had a small problem

he was unable to fix, so he called your CEO Howard Heller for advice. The two of them

decided to meet at our facility, on a Sunday morning no less, and fix the trouble so we

would have coffee Monday morning. Outstanding, is all I can say!

In conclusion, we are very happy we chose the Model 5500 and all that goes with it! I

would highly recommend Espresso-Etc. and your representative Mark Terry to anyone

interested.

Food November  21,  2018      Hi  Howard,    Wanted  you  to  know:  Because  we  had  purchased  equipment  from  you  in  the  past,  our  comfort  level  was  100%  when  you  told  us  that  we  should  have  the  Kiosk  installed  in  our  Café.    You  were  right-­‐on.    The  coffees  are  selling  like  hot  cakes.    We  have  had  the  espresso  machine  for  six  weeks  and  have  sold  1,151  drinks.    Wow!    We  appreciate  the  excellent  service  you  have  provided  us  over  these  past  seven  years.    It  is  so  rare  today  to  deal  with  a  purveyor  who  always  does  what  he  says  he  will  do  when  he  says  he  will  do  it.    Because  I  have  been  so  busy,  I  was  not  paying  attention  to  the  amount  of  ingredients  we  have  gone  through.    We  have  none  left.        Please  send  us  two  boxes  of  each  product.        Greg  and  I  wish  you  and  your  family  a  happy  Thanksgiving.    Thank  you,  Sheri

Specialty Coffee Kiosk Dear Mr. Heller, Thank you for giving me the opportunity to become your Showroom by placing the Specialty Coffee Kiosk in my store. Before I had your Kiosk installed, I was selling 8 cups of Boyd’s coffee a day. Because most of the coffees in the carafes were not sold, I had to throw them out and refill each carafe several times a day. The bottom line was I was losing money on my coffee sales. Since you set the Kiosk in my mart, I have increased coffee sales to over 40 a day. There is no waste as every cup is freshly-ground. Since the Kiosk has been here, I have added a popcorn machine, a hot dog grill, two refrigerators with different energy drinks, soups, cold Frappuccinos, cookies, cakes, teas, and more onto the same counter space that was taken up by the Boyd’s equipment and hot water tank. These added items have all become income generators for me that I would not have IF I continued to sell just the Boyd’s coffees. I admit I was skeptical when you told me I did not have to take a penny out of pocket, that I would generate thousands of dollars in profit and begin earning a 100% profit from the first day along with a written profit guarantee and most important that your Kiosk would bring new customers into my store that did not come in before. Everything you told me was true. Again, thank you for offering me your program. Your Showroom has been a winner! I should mention that your service has been fabulous! I get my ingredients in two-days after ordering. I don’t have this kind of service from any other vendor.
