Todd Buchholz is a former director of economic policy at the White House, a managing director of a $15 billion Tiger hedge fund, and an award winning economics professor at Harvard. He has been a senior economic advisor to President Bush, and he frequently appears on the ABC News, PBS, CBS, CNBC, and National Public Radio. He has been published, cited and recognized in publications such as the New York Times, the Associated Press, Wall Street Journal, American Economic Association and Forbes.

Buchholz is a renowned author with numerous books published in dozens oflanguages. His latest book, New Ideas from Dead CEOs: Lasting Lessons from the Corner Office, won the 'Best Book of the Year' by Entrepreneur. LOS CEDROS l os Cedros, an exotic citadel in the high desert of Scottsdale, is a premier breeding and training facility for some of the finest Arabian horses in the country. Appointments for IIC members and guests at the Willow Stream Spa are available Friday, November 5th and Saturday, November 6th between 8:30 am-4:30pm and on Sunday, November 7th between 9:00 am-12noon.

To book your appointment, contact Willow Stream Spa directly by calling the Fairmont Scottsdale at 1-800-441-1414. Book no later than October 15, 2010 to avoid disappointment and enjoy a reduced access fee of $25.00 secured specially for IIC conference delegates. After October 15, 2010, the appointments set aside for IIC will be released for general sale.

Golf at TPC Scottsdale Saturday, November 6 12:30 pm- 5:30pm

Set in the So no ran Desert and surrounded by the majestic McDowell Mountains, TPC Scottsdale, a PGA Tour Facility, embodies the standards of excellence in golf operations world wide. The Stadium Course, designed by the team of Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish, is a masterful blend of challenge and playability for the enjoyment of all levels of golfers, professional and amateur alike.

Pre-registration is required. The Golf event is an additional cost of US$260 per person and includes 18 holes, green fees, power cart, boxed lunch and return transportation between the hotel and course. Golf reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the date on which your registration is paid. A limited number of sets of clubs will be available for rent from the golf course.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION The Conference rate for IIC members is US$2,400 and US$750 for your spouse/guest and includes: + 3 night's accommodation (arrival Thurday,

departure Sunday) + 3 breakfasts + 3 Receptions and Dinners (Thursday- Saturday

evenings) + Service charges Accommodation at the Fairmont Scottsdale will be booked by the Institute staff, for arrival on Thursday, November 4 and departure on Sunday, November 7. Please note that these 3 nights accommodation are included in the conference registration fee.

Planning to extend your stay? A limited number of guestrooms have been protected outside of the regular conference dates and the Fairmont Scottsdale is extending IIC group rates for 3 days prior and 3 days following. Group rates are US$219 (double occupancy) per night plus tax. Please indicate your requirements for additional accom-modation on the Conference Registration Form and the reservations will be made, on your behalf, by the Institute staff. Please note that the room charges for any additional nights will be at the expense of each individual.

Please return the completed registration form, along with the appropriate fee payment by cheque to the IIC office on or before Friday September 24, 2010. Beyond this date, it may not be possible to guarantee room availability at the Fairmont Scottsdale.
