Employee Spotlight Alec Rodriguez

In August of 2014, Alec Rodriguez began working at the San Angelo Country Club as a waiter and 19th Hole

bartender. His many talents and great attitude helped move up through the ranks and eventually, he was

promoted to Floor Manager. Alec has become a staff favorite and is always quick to help our membership in any way possible, especially the ladies. “Over time, Alec has learned much about Club operations and is always

quick to do anything asked of him. He always replies with a ’yes boss, yes sir, or yes ma’am,’ when asked to do

something or complete a task, even if he doesn’t want to. He can also work just about every area of the Club from

front of house to the kitchen line. He is a true asset to the Club and we are very fortunate to have him, “ says Curtis. Alec enjoys teeing it up on the links, the Dallas Cowboys,

and singing karaoke at the Tilted Mug after he leaves work. December is Alec’s birthday month, so please try to tell him thanks for his service and wish him

a good one!

Irrigation System Update The Pump Stations installation will begin next Tuesday. Holes 9 & 16 are finished and we will begin working our way down #15, #14, & #8 next. We appreciate your

understanding during this time as we know many parts of this process are inconvenient, such as the ditches and

hand-watering the greens.

Wildlife on the course! We captured pictures of several

nice bucks on the course. The buck on the left is a 9

point and the one on the right is 10 point.
