Leadership Lynchburg Leadership Lynchburg is a Flagship Program—designed for the aspiring or emerging leader, manager or first me supervisor in the Lynchburg Region—is a dynamic program that immerses parcipants in nine months of study and praccal applicaon in community leadership. Through monthly sessions, parcipants learn from top leaders in our Region, study and work together to solve pressing community issues, all while developing their personal leadership skills. Parcipants walk away with increased self-awareness, leadership acumen, community connecons and involvement.
