for  matching,  try  to  match  as  much  as  you  can.  Also  the  summer  is  coming  very  fast,  start  doing  the  mee%ngs  to  get  follow-­‐up  for  july.            

Work  with  the  EP  Grouping  to  focus  on  'Match  ASAP'  EPs  and  get  them  match  in  max  1  month        

       Have  your  EPs  apply  to  Golden  Form  TNs      

         Share  all  the  tools  with  your  EP  Managers  and  TLs  because  they  are  the  ones  that  are  doing  the  matching    

           Match  with  opportuni%es  you  receive...act  fast  on  those    

Don't  forget  about  the  Online  OPSes,  to  talk  to  your  EPs  and  have  them  present  at  the  webinars  this  week  and  next  week.  We'll  send  you  the  links  to  the  rooms

Congratula%on  guys,  in  May  we  manage  to  RA  100  EPs  and  MA  79  people.  That´s  really  great  results!  :)  But  we  cannot  slow  down  -­‐  we  have  s%ll  108  people  available.  People  that  wait  to  have  awesome  experience  this  summer!    

Selling,  selling,  selling  -­‐  all  contracts  need  to  be  signed  %ll  the  end  of  this  month  for  September  EDISON!      

Most  of  our  Country  Partners  are  approaching  us  to  MA  rest  of  the  forms  or  they  are  star%ng  to  reject  the  forms  -­‐  Russia,  Romania,...  so  if  you  have  some  people  interested  into  country  partners  -­‐  approach  Yousra:  yousra.mouchtari@aiesec.net  or  me.
