Program Details• Eligible Models and Incentives o 3000/3500 RDS - $1,000 + 5 Year extended transmission coverage o 4000/4500 RDS - $1,250 + 5 Year extended transmission coverage o 4700 RDS - $1,500 + 5 Year extended transmission coverage• Program starts January 15, 2014• Program ends April 30, 2014• VIN and transmission S/N submission to ATI required by August 31, 2014• Maximum order quantity of ten (10) transmissions

Eligibility ConditionsConditions of this offer include, but are not exclusive to, the following:• The program is limited to the United States and Canada• The program is only available to new Allison customers. For the purpose of this program, a new

customer is defined as one that meets one of the following criteria: o Has never purchased a vehicle with an Allison transmission and currently purchases

vehicles with non-Allison transmissions o Has never purchased vehicles with Allison products in select segments of their fleet (e.g.,

currently purchases dock spotters with Allison transmissions, but has not previously used Allison transmissions in construction trucks)

o At one time purchased vehicles with Allison transmissions in a particular segment of their fleet, but for more than one year/purchase has purchased only non-Allison transmissions in that same segment

• 3000/3500 RDS models in CNG vehicles are not eligible for this program• Government agencies (i.e. municipalities) are not eligible for this program• Cannot be combined with any other Allison incentive offering• Cannot be applied to existing truck orders• Subject to applicable laws and regulations. Rules and decisions will be interpreted and

administered by Allison at its sole discretion. Decisions by Allison will be final.
