    I had already

    viewed the

    patients chart

    before having

    the interaction

    with the patient.

    Having the idea

    that his

    diagnosis is

    Schizophrenia,

    Undifferentiated,

    I pity the patient

    because his

    knowledge about

    his condition is

    wrong. As a

    Illogical

    The patient

    concluded that he

    has BipolarDisorder but

when asked howhe got such idea,

    he said that he

just knows it andjust concluded thecondition just by

    himself withoutany consultation

    and confirmationfrom his

    physician. Suchmanifestation iscalled Illogical

    uncomfortable

    have to ask such

    him. I didnt

    force him to

    answer my

    question because

    respond to a

    According to

    what they are

    saying to him.

    Auditory

    Hallucination

    Patient verbalized

    hearing voices

    calling out hisname. Such

    disturbance inperception

    wherein there isfalse perception

    Because, I

    As the student

    pretty confused

    of his answers.

    Basically, I

    thought that he

    would not get

    into his point but

    I still allowed

    him to continue

    answering and I

    waited patiently

for him to arriveto the accurate
