When using : Avoid falling from high place, the control part is composed of precision components; After continue using more 40 minutes in 350℃, the handle temperature will rise up to 50-60℃； The first time using this TS100, maybe will come out some light smoke from it, please don't worry this is a normal phenomenon.

4.1 TS100 Installation 1. Loosen the solder tip screw, put Solder tip pin to connector port and then mounting screw. 2. Connect the ground wire to the ground screw. 3.Connect DC to TS100. Notice : After power on, if TS100 displays Sen-Err, it means the solder tip is not fastness.Please install it again.

4.3.1 Screen interface After connect DC12-24V power, TS100 displays personalized logo / Version / Home Screen one by one. If you push button A and power on at the same time,it will enter into DFU mode, OLED displays "DFU1.0". Exited DFU mode : Power off and power on, it will change the mode of Home screen.

4.3.2 Automatic Calibration Picture 1 : Under the Ready mode, Push button "B",enter Temperature mode. Picture 2 : Under temperature mode, Push two button at the same time , enter Calibration mode. Picture 3 : CALIBRATION Successful & Picture 4 : CALIBRATION FAIL Picture 5 : Long press any button to exit temperature mode. Note : Please do this before heating and at ambient temperature.

4.3.3 Heat up operation Picture 1 &2 : Under the Ready mode, Push button "A",enter temperature control mode, TS100 will heat up to the preset temperature automatically. Picture 3 : When OELD displays as below shown, it can start welding. Picture 4 : Under the temperature control mode, push the two button at the same time, it could return ready mode.

4.3.4 Thermoregulation 1. Under the ready mode, push button "A" to preset the temperature. 2. Lower temperature : Under temperature control mode,long press "A" for 2 seconds, enter setting mode. 3. Release the button, TS100 will be down-regulation to temperature you set. 4.Raise temperature : Under temperature control mode,long press "B" for 2 seconds, enter setting mode. 5.Release the button, TS100 will be up-regulation to temperature you set.

When the screen displays left or right black Solid arrows, it means that reaching max or min. The current setting temperature is not saved when the power is cut off. 4.3.5 Hibernate Statues 1. Under temperature control, TS100 will enter sleep mode after 180 seconds on standing. 2. When it moved, it will return to temperature mode automatically and raise to the reset temperature. 3.Under sleep mode, after preset the standby time it will enter standby mode. Note : Standby time(Factory Defaults:6minutes), you can custom settings time, Minimum is 5 minutes.

5.1 Replace the solder tip 1. TS100 After power off. 2. Loosen front-end of control part screw. 3. Pull out original one and insert the replacement. 4. Tighten mounting screw.

5.3 Solder Tip maintenance (1) Before shutting down inactive tip soldering surface with appropriate amount of tin, wipe before welding. (2) Avoid to stay too long time at high a temperature. (3) When it's welding, do not put pressure friction pads to solder tip , it would be damage. (4) Do not use rough material or rasp to clean the tip. (5) If the surface is oxidized and non-wetting, it can use 600-800 emery cloth to rub with isopropyl alcohol or equivalent solution carefully. Heated to 200 degrees, stick immediately to prevent sticking tin and tin oxide. (6) Do not use chlorine or acid content is too high flux.

6. FAQ Q1 : The screen is not displayed? Check 1 : Whether the iron wire was broken. Check 2 : Under U disk mode, whether it has date. Check 3 : Need to replace the screen. Q2 : Each new welding nozzle heats up for the first time will show the temperature jump? A : Normal henomenon. Automatically detect state. Q3 : Electric soldering iron automatic restart. Check 1 : Whether the power supply side is not good Check 2 : Whether the voltage is too low Q4 : Welding head was fever intermittently. Check 1 : Solder tips is used for the first time Check 2 : If the power cord poor contact flipping Check 3 : Whether the welding head temperature is too high Check 4 : Solder tip has already cleaned up Q5 : OLED display : Warning ! Temperature of solder tip is over 400 degrees. 2. To be used in the soldering tip surface did not be given proper tin. 3. Lack of flux in welding, soldering, repair, welding and other processes. 4. Wipe the tip on a high sulfur content or dry sponges and rags. 5. Contact with organic materials such as plastic materials, silicon grease and other chemicals. 6. Use of impurity and low content of tin solder.

7.2 Setting the configuration files When TS100 connect to computer with Micro USB, the screen will display "CONFIG", it has already entered setting mode. Open file of "CONFIG.TXT", through edit the parameter file, custom your own temperature curve and buttons function.

7.3 Firmware Update 1. Visit www.miniware.com.cn ,download the newest firmware to the computer. 2. Press "A" and connect TS100 to computer with USB cable, Screen of TS100 will display "DFU1.0", enter DFU mode, the computer will be a virtual disk.(8 bits Serial number) 3. Copy the hex firmware to original disk. After revise suffix to rdy, disconnect USB, it will be done.
