• Social Impact Bonds for Urban Skills (e.g., plumbing in water services)
• Open Education Resources (OER) for Entrepreneurship
• Technology-enablement for SMEs
• Self-employment models (Auto repair mechanic through CSC VLEs)
• Skilling model for visually impaired (Dialogue in the Dark)
