What is NSNthankful for aswe celebrate25 years? Weare proud ofthat fact thatNSN is in thehistory booksas the first andonly SALESdiverseorganization inthe U.S.
We are also proud of the fact that wehave a highly professionalconference and career fair thatdelivers over the top sales trainingand development. Our conferenceworkshops, general sessions andtarget audience track sessions havebeen stellar and in line with thelatest sales/sales managementtraining trends. The conferencefocuses on all three levels of sales -sales professionals, sales managersand sales executives. In addition, wenow have a three-part track forwomen only that addresses theirspecific needs with regards tocareer development. We have alsoadded entrepreneur sessions toaddress the needs of professionalsthat want to start their ownbusiness. Finally, it should be notedthat 115 professionals attended thefirst NSN conference in 1996 andtoday our annual conference attractsover 1,400 professionals from acrossthe U.S.
In 2015, NSN added a Student Sales& Marketing Conference. NSNselected the 100 TOP sales &marketing students from 600applications who represented 30different colleges and universities.NSN paid for their airfare, hotel,meals and conference registration.The student conference includes twodays of workshop sessions and endson day three with student interviewsthat have been pre-scheduled beforethe conference with top companiesseeking to hire interns, graduatesand MBA’s. The NSN studentconference establishes NSN as theonly diverse organization thatconducts a separate “professional”and “student” conference.
NSN has 20 chapters nationwidethat “GIVE BACK” by delivering fourto eight local events per year that arefocused on career/sales training &development. These chapters arelead by the many volunteers who arepassionate about helping otherprofessionals grow and develop intheir careers. NSN Nationalapplauds the hundreds of volunteersfor spending their time and energy to“give back” to our community.
