Project Accomplishment Report
• Report at the project level by budget activity
• Report any time you:▪ Acquire property or housing unit▪ Receive Leverage (not NSP funds)
• Comments: Any other useful information

• Shows purchase and resale regulations are being followed
• DCA advises filling this out as you go

Reporting: When?
Expenditures and Progress Report
• Four times a year, covering three-month periods▪ March – May (due June 30)▪ June – August (due September 30)▪ September - November (due December 31)▪ December – February (due March 31)
• Reports are due 30 days after the reporting period is finished

Reporting: When?
Project Accomplishment Report
• Report as accomplishments occur. ▪ They do not have to be tied to a specific report
• Make sure that all accomplishments for a reporting period have been entered when you submit the quarterly report

Project Completion Report
• Report due 15 days after project is complete (final draw has been made and unit is occupied)
• Make sure Disposition Worksheet has also been completed
