We offer a full white label aftersales and maintenance service. End usersare your clients and, as with our other services, we act on your behalfrepresenting your company. You retain ownership of your customer andNTI support them through your existing relationship. Standard cover isprovided Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with a 4 working hour responsefor major faults and 16 working hour response for minor faults. We holdour own extensive spares stock for all the systems we maintain, therebyensuring rapid resolution of raised faults.
