DESCRIPTIONThis damper is usually operated by handor pressure. This damper has twodifferent types as follows;

- Modulation Type- Isolation Type

Modulation Damper is used for airvolume (air flow) controlling function. Toreach the required air volume, thehandle(quadrant) should be positioned adesired point and hold by self- lockdevice.

This Modulation Damper is classified byBlade Type as follows;1) Opposed Blade Type Damper2) Butterfly Blade Type Damper

DESCRIPTIONThis damper is used for preventing a BackAir Flow in duct-line. The blade connectedto hinge post is closed by Back Pressure orBack Air Flow and opened under normalstatic pressure. DESCRIPTIONThis damper is usually operated byPneumatic Actuator(PSR) or Electro-Hydraulic Actuator(ESR). This dampercan be equipped with other device suchas Solenoid Valve, Limit Switch,Positioner, etc. to control a damperblade precisely. This damper has twodifferent types as follows;

Modulation Type / Isolation type

Modulation Damper is used for airvolume (air flow) controlling function. Toreach the required air volume, 75~105psig of inlet pressure should beadjusted to 3~15psig of operatingpressure by 4~20mA of electric signal.(PSR Actuator Type). Electric HydraulicForce causes to modulate BalanceBeam with 4-20mA signal, and thisinduces to adjust the angle of the blades.(ESR Actuator Type) This operatingpressure can control the angle of eachblade.

This Modulation Damper is classified byBlade Type as follows;

1) Opposed Blade Type Damper2) Butterfly Blade Type Damper

Isolation Damper is used for two positionsuch as Open and Close Function. (On-Off Function) When Damper beingclosed, normally a certain air leakageclass should be required based onASME AG-1, depending on job-site orcustomer request.

DESCRIPTIONFIRE DAMPER is operated by heat when firebreaking. The fusible link should be meltdown by heat, and then the blade is shutdown as a curtain due to the force ofStainless Steel Closure Flat Spring as well asself-weight. So it is called as Curtain TypeFire Damper. Normally Class A 3-hour rated(UL Listed) is widely adopted. SMOKE DAMPER is damper is usuallyoperated by smoke detector as well as heatwhen fire breaking. When fire breaking, thefusible link is utilized automatically by signalfrom ionization detector. Leakage Class¥�should meet in accordance with UL555S.This damper has a handle for reset. Fire Damper is constructed by UL 555 andSmoke Damper, constructed by UL555S asdetermined ANSI/NEPA 90A andANSI/NEPA 803. This damper has a handlefor reset.
