System Scaffold is safe, versatile, economical and adaptable with its unique rosette connection technology provides verified high load‐bearing capacity.
Th f b i t l ith dditi l t f it ifi i tThere are a few basic components along with many additional parts for site specific requirements, such as side brackets, cantilevers, stairs, aluminium beams, clamp / tube and edge protection. All steel components are manufactured in Middle East and Asian markets from high grade steel with superior hot dipped galvanizing, making each component durable and virtually maintenance free.
7 KEY COMPONENTS TO SYSTEMS SCAFFOLD:
Adjustable base plates (screw jacks)Choose between different height‐adjustable base plates with sturdy and self‐cleaning threads, with notch markings to provide protection against over winding. Swiveling base plates are available for sloping ground or uneven surfaces.
Base collarsThe base collar with rosette together with the height‐adjustable base plate form the scaffolding base. The vertical standard is then placed into the base collar for further construction.
StandardsStandards are available in hot‐dip galvanized steel, dia. 48.3 x 3.2 mm, with rosettes at every 50 cm for a maximum of eight connections. Four small openings in the rosette determine right‐angled connections, four larger openings permit connections for bay braces.connections, four larger openings permit connections for bay braces.
LedgersLedgers are available in different lengths, depending on the scaffolding bay length, deck type and load. Ledgers are both guardrails and bracing elements.
Diagonal bracesThe diagonal braces with wedge brace the basic system together thanks to their high connectionThe diagonal braces with wedge brace the basic system together thanks to their high connection values.
Toe boardsToe boards are positioned between vertical standards, and are available in steel, aluminum or wood (which can be branded). The steel toe board reduces fire risk and is longer lasting.
DecksChoose from decks made of hot‐dip galvanized steel, aluminum, wood or an aluminum frame with marine plywood surface. Hatch decks are available, providing internal access via integrated drop down ladders or standard access ladders.
Quality in DetailAll our main components Scaffold Frame & System is manufactured of high strength alloyed steel welded tubes.alloyed steel welded tubes.Specification is Q345 with following strength and elongation: 50,000PSI (345 MPA) minimum yield strength,68,150 – 91,350 PSI (470 – 630 MPA) tensile strength, 22% elongation. Our Scaffold Accessories specification is to produce most scaffolding accessories, recommended specification for normal carbon steel, with following strength and elongationelongation:34,000 PSI (235MPA) minimum yield strength,54,375 – 66,700 PSI (375‐460 MPA) tensile strength.
Tube Sizes depending on market and requirements:Following tube sizes are available ‐1.90 ” OD x 0.125” wall (48.3mm x 3.2mm)1.68” OD x 0.095 ” wall (42.7mm x 2.4mm)1.63” OD x 0.090” wall (41.3mm x 2.3mm)1.26” OD x 0.078” wall (32mm x 2mm)0.98” OD x 0.078” wall (25mm x 1.8mm)0.98” OD x 0.070” wall (25mm x 1.8mm)0 98 O 0 0 0 a ( 5 8 )
Available Finishes: Hot Dipped Galvanizing:The process temperature is controlled well to ensure 420g/m2 zinc coating. In other words, 0.0024” (0.06mm) thick zinc coating.
Powder Coating:EU’s RoHS standard compliant, to make sure no hazardous substances is used or contained. All environmental friendly.
Dacromat:Is a water‐based, VOC compliant coating, and comprised mainly of overlapping zinc and aluminium flake in an inorganic binder. Salt spray test ranges from 480 to 1,000 hours, depending on coat thickness.
