BEFORE AND AFTER CARE Nursery, JK/SK Registration
Once again, RHA is offering free before and after care for students in Nursery, JK and SK on days that close at regular dismissal times. Please click here to register.
Grades 1-8
The costs for students in Grades 1-8 are as follows:Before Care - $750/yearMonday - Thursday After Care until 4:30 p.m. - $550 / Year Monday - Thursday After Care until 5:00 p.m. - $840 / YearMonday - Thursday After Care until 6:00 p.m. - $1,800 / YearFridays - $260 / Year

All students (Nursery - Grade 8) must complete the online registration and submit the Emergency Contact Form before they can be admitted into the program.
Early Closing
RHA is pleased to make after care available on all early closing days. All students (Nursery - Grade 8) will be charged a fee. Registration must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance. You can view the pick-up times and fees when you select a date from within the form. Click here to register your child.
Drop-in Care
We continue to offer drop-in care for those families who need infrequent care. Registration must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Please click here to register.
Exclusion List
When school is closed there is no Before and After Care. There is no after care on the last day of school. Click here for a complete list of days when before and after care are not offered.
BEFORE AND AFTER CARE Shabbat Closing Times
We strive to have after care run as late as possible on Friday. When Shabbat begins to start earlier, the latest pick-up time also becomes earlier. Click here for a complete list of the Shabbat pick-up times.
Rules and Penalty Fees We strive to make the before and after care program as safe as possible. In order to facilitate this we need every parents help by following the rules found in the Emergency Contact Form.
The rules subject to penalty apply to all students (Nursery – Grade 8). They are as follows: All children will be picked-up by their scheduled time. • If they are not picked-up by their scheduled time, a late fee of $9 will apply per child.
All children will be picked-up no later than 6:00 p.m. or by the latest scheduled time on Fridays and Erev Yom Kippur.
• If they are not picked-up by that time a late fee of $25 will apply for the first 10 minutes and $1/minute thereafter per child.
[email protected] will be notified by 2:00 p.m. if the child(ren) will not be present or for any changes in the pick-up time or authorized pick-up individual.
• Failure to inform RHA by 2:00 p.m. will result in a $5 penalty per child.
