System

User guide


This user guide is having step by step instructions to enter NMIS Data in to the APFMIS website.

I. Enter into APFMIS Website.

a) Open any web browser (e.g.: Internet explorer)

b) Enter the URL (www.apforest.org/apfmis) in the address bar of the browser. The Following Screen will appear.


c) Now select the Login Section which is located on the Upper Section Of the above Screen.

d) Click on the Login Link. Now Login Screen will appear. Provide the Username and password given to you.

e) After Entering the Username and Password Click on Login Button.

f) Now APFMIS Home page will appear. In that NMIS (Nursery Management System).


g) NMIS Home page will Appear Now.

h) Select the Add Nursery Reg.


II. Nursery Registration Page will appear.

a) Select the Nursery Category, then Type of Agencies will load in Agency dropdown


b) Now Select the Type of Agency.

c) If Agencies are NGO, Private(Corporate), Private(Individual) and Others Then enter the Agency name and address into textbox

d) Enter the nursery name ,Established year and select the Nursery type ,

nursery land ownership.


e) Enter the Incharge Details as name, telephoneno, cellno and address

F) Now Enter the nursery location details . In this District and Mandal are

Mandatary fields. If nursery Categoury is governmet then all fields should be select otherwise select district and mandal. And also enter nursery address and Latitude Langitude. Then click Save button.


e) Afetr Save nursery 2 buttons will appear. If you want to add Estimate from this form click Click here to add Estimate button and to add stock click Click here to add nursery stock button. And also appear one link i.e. upload phographs of the nuresery.

d) To click Click here to add Estimate button following form will appear.

Select Scheme, Sanction Authority and estimate year and estimate no.

Here enter estimate no. as “123”. Complete estimate no is Sanction Authority/ estimate no./estimate year

i.e. (FRO/123/2011-12)


Click Add Estimate button then Estimate will inserted.

Note: Here estimate is only for Government nurseries. Not for Private nurseries.

e) To click Click here to add nursery stock button following form will appear.

1. Here Select financial year then estimate no will load for particular

nursery and also display the scheme. 2. And select type of Species, Container and Plant source then enter the

quantity and date 3. Click Add Stock button.

f) To click upload phographs of the nuresery link following form will appear


In this form enter encircle fields with red arrow and Brouse the image location and click the Upload Photo Button. If u want upload another photo for same nuresryclick the link(with blue letters).

III) Place the cursor on Add Estimate.

a) Add Estimate form will display. Here Select. Select the encircled

fields and enter the square box fields. then Click Add Estimate button then Estimate will inserted.


Select Scheme, Sanction Authority and estimate year and estimate no.

Here enter estimate no. as “123”. Complete estimate no is Sanction Authority/ estimate no./estimate year

i.e. (FRO/123/2011-12)

Click Add Estimate button then Estimate will inserted.




IV) Place the cursor on Add Nursery Stock.

a) Add nursery stock form will appear.

b) Here select district, mandal and nursery name. if you Select financial

year then estimate no. are loaded and scheme will display in textbox. c) And select type of Species, Container and Plant source then enter the

quantity and date. d) Click Add Stock button.


Note: If already nurseries have stock then clicking on view existing stock button

Then available stock will display on grid(table).

V) Place the cursor on Add Infrastructure.

Clicking Add Infrastructure following form will display.

a) Here select district, mandal and nursery name.


b) Enter the Area of nursery, Select the type of protection, source of water, Storage facility, Type of pipeline, Source of power and capacity.

c) And check what facilities available. d) Add Click Add button.

VI) Place the cursor on View/Modify nursery Reg.

Clicking on encircled field following form will appear.

Here Select the District and mandal then click on view details button, then grid(table) will display.


1) Here modify and show image URLs are displayed. Clicking on Modify Following for will appear to update nursery information. Here encircled fields are read only i.e. Can’t change . Only modify the square with arrow (à) fields only. Then click the Update button.


2) Clicking on View Image link following form will appear.

This is only for view the nursery details and Images of nursery.


VII) Place the cursor on Add Beneficiary

Click on add beneficiary following form will appear.

Note: Beneficiary is a person or organization who purchases the plants from nursery. This is master data. Here enter the encircled and arrow fields and click on add dada button.


VIII) Place the cursor on Add Plant Price

Click on Add Plant Price following form will display.

In this form select the encircled fields and enter square box fields and click on Add Data button then “Record added successful” message will show.

IX) Place the cursor on Add Distribution


Here clicking on Add distribution following form will be show.

1) select the district, mandal and nursery name. 2) To get estimate no. select estimate year(If you already added

estimate in estimate form then only get estimate no). 3) In beneficiary details select district, mandal then names will be

loaded. 4) Then select species type, container type and plant source. 5) To get price select the date and click on get price button ten price will

show on text box(this price is from Plant Price Master if you already entered only it will display).


6) At last enter quantity and data button. Then it will show “added successfully” message.

X) Place the cursor on Add Distribution

Click on Conversion Details following form will appear.

1) select the district, mandal and nursery name. 2) To get estimate no. select estimate year (If you already added

estimate in estimate form then only get estimate no). 3) Then select species type, container type and plant source.


4) Enter the converted quantity and damaged quantity then click on add data button then it will show “added successfully” message.

XI) Place the cursor on Old Stock Details

Click on Old stock details this form will appear.

1) select the financial year, district and nursery name. 2) Then select species type, container type and plant source. 3) Enter the old stock quantity and date then click on add data button

then it will show “record inserted successfully” message.


XII) Place the cursor on Nursery details

Click on nursery details following report will display.

1) To get nursery name select the district, mandal then click on get view details button one table will show no. of nurseries.

2) If this report want in excel then click on ExportExcel button then report show in excel.
