Entry requirementsIn order to apply for the postgraduate nursing program you will need to be a Registered Nurse in Australia, and have had at least 6 months full-time experience in relevant nursing practice within the last five years.

Combining work and study commitments

Whilst undertaking one of the nursing specialisation courses you will need access to a relevant healthcare setting in your area of specialisation. Some streams will also require you to be employed in their specialist area of practice in order to ensure practical skills requirements of the courses are met.

Programs in the postgraduate nursing program are offered on a part time basis only, allowing you to balance your work and study commitments and study successfully at postgraduate level.
