• Healthy cooking info provided at > 40 LiVe Well Fairs for 12,000+ employees.
• Mediterranean diet presented at 4 LiVe Well conferences
• Cooking With Color LiVe Well online learning module 28,000+ employees
• Employees success: What I did: Eat a healthy snack once a day for two weeks. Experiment with different snacks to see what you like best. What I learned: I can eat more fruits and vegetables. I was able to increase my water and, as a result, decreased my Diet Coke to 1/day.
Community LiVe Well Accomplishments
• Collaborated with Associated Foods to develop “Dietitian Preferred” criteria • Full program to be implemented early 2017.
• Collaborated with Associated Foods & Utah DOP to create “LiVe Well Lanes” (healthy checkout stands)
• Active in 5 Associated Foods locations currently • Active in 40+ AF locations by December 2016
