    highest

    closer

    to

    the

    arena

    and

    diminished

    awayfromthearena,bothoneventandnoneventdays

    Dataindicatesthatparkingimpactofarenaeventswasmoresignificantonmeteredblocks. Metered

    spaces

    become

    free

    at

    7pm,

    near

    the

    start

    of

    most

    arenaevents.

    Theseblockstypicallyhaveovernightstreetcleaningregulationsthatdiscourageovernightparking.

    Adjustingmeter

    turn

    off

    time

    to

    later

    in

    the

    evening

    may

    shift

    eventparkerstononmeteredspaces.
