• Extra hard finish combined with a smooth surface to assure long life and consistent traveler performance.
• All rings have an interconnected porosity to assure the proper oil flow from the oil reservoir through the ring up to the traveler running path.
• Rings are available in two material types to suit the different spinning and twisting applications:
Nylon 4 = Designed for nylon traveler applications in the fiberglass, carpet yarn and tire cord industry.
Steel 1 = Designed for steel traveler applications in twisting worsted, semi-worsted and blended yarns.
