Nyquist Effect Plugins From Audacity Wiki These are optional plugin effects for Audacity. They are written in the Nyquist programming language (http://web.audacityteam.org/help/nyquist) . To install Nyquist plugins, see Download Nyquist Plugins. "Effect Plugins" appear in the Audacity Effect menu (http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/Effect_Menu) . Plugins that process audio will usually be in this menu. Unless otherwise indicated, these plugins are released under the terms of the GNU General Public License. (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/licenses.html#GPL) Related article(s): Download Nyquist Plugins master plugin list Nyquist Analyze Plugins Nyquist Generate Plugins Feedback and bug reports: All new plugins added to this list are tested in the Audacity 2.x version (http://web.audacityteam.org/download) current at the time, but many of the older plugins are still in need of testing. Please report any bugs to the Nyquist section of the Audacity forum (http://forum.audacityteam.org/viewforum.php?f=39) (or alternatively to our feedback email address (http://web.audacityteam.org/contact/#feedback) ) so they may be fixed. Some Nyquist plugins are unsuitable for processing long audio tracks. If a plugin causes excessive memory use and causes Audacity to freeze or crash when used on long tracks, please let us know so that we can either limit the plugin to short selections or add a note to the plugin description so as to warn other users of the possibility. Please also let us know which plugins you like and find useful as that will help us to develop the types of plugins that users want.
