Programme overview ESCO is a seven day residential programme, where you will invest time saturating yourself in the experience of leadership. You will participate in seminars and undertake a range of exercises to create a journey of self–discovery.

ESCO is a practical, ‘hands-on’, fulfi lling experience where being diff erent is valued and diversity is embraced.

Using problem-solving techniques you will work in a syndicate to solve case studies, write reports for assessment and present your findings to the wider group. Each syndicate will research a topical business subject to share and critique.

The ‘Syndicate Challenge’ is a unique opportunity to test the skills you have learned in a positive team environment.

Participants provide ongoing evaluation throughout the course and the programme is updated regularly in response to your feedback.
