Pork Sinigang

1. Heat the pot and put-in the cooking oil2. Sauté the onion until layers separate3. Add the pork belly and cook until outer part turns light brown4. Put-in the fish sauce and mix with the ingredients5. Pour the water and bring to a boil6. Add the taro and tomatoes then simmer for 40 minutes or until pork is tender7. Put-in the sinigang mix and chili8. Add the string beans (and other vegetables if there are any) and simmer for 5 to 8 minutes9. Put-in the spinach, turn off the heat, and cover the pot. Let the spinach cook using the remaining heat in the pot.10. Serve hot. Share and enjoy!

1. Sauté the garlic, onion, and ginger2. Put-in the chicken and cook until color turns light brown3. Add the fish sauce and mix well4. Pour-in the rice washing and put to a boil. Simmer for 45 minutes.5. Add the green papaya wedges and simmer for 5 minutes6. Add the hot pepper leaves7. Add salt and pepper to taste8. Serve hot. Share and enjoy!

Beef Nilaga

1. Sauté the onion until texture becomes soft2. Add-in the beef brisket and cook for about 5 minutes3. Add the fish sauce and whole pepper corn then mix well4. Pour-in the water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 1 to 2 hours (or 30 minutes if using pressure cooker)5. Put-in the vegetables starting with the potato and the carrots. Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes6. Add the bok choy (Pechay). Cover the pot and turn off the heat. Let it stay for 5 minutes.7. Serve hot. Share and Enjoy!

1. Heat oil in a pan.2. Once the oil becomes hot, add the garlic. Cook until the color turns golden brown.3. Remove the garlic and set aside. Add pork and chicken. Cook for 5 minutes oruntil the color turns light brown.4. Add whole peppercorn, bay leaves, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and water. Let boil and simmer until the meatsare tender.5. Add the sugar and stir.6. Pour-in vinegar and let boil.Simmer until most of the liquid evaporates.7. Add salt to taste. Put-in the fried garlic, stir, and cook for 2 minutes.8. Serve. Share and enjoy!

1. Heat the cooking oil in the pan and fry the carrots and potatoes until color turns light brown2. Remove the fried carrots and potatoes from the pan and set aside3. In the same pan where the vegetables were fried, sauté the garlic and onions 4. Add the beef and simmer for 5 minutes 5. Add water and let the beef boil until tender (about 30 mins if using pressure cooker or 1 to 2 hours if using an ordinary pot)6. Add the tomato sauce and liver spread and simmer for 10 minutes7. Add green olives, carrots, bay leaves, bell pepper,crushed chili,and potatoes and simmer for 5 to 8 minutes8. Add salt and pepper to taste9. Serve Hot. Enjoy!
