WHAT IS IGNITE?

WHY DO I NEED IGNITE?

A New SolutionThe industry gold standard is 1:1 mentoring by an experiencedand highly-trained neonatal therapist, yet NANT receiveshundreds of emails from neonatal therapists with NO ACCESS tosuch a person. In fact, only 15% of neonatal therapists surveyed in 2013 said theywere mentored for greater than 6 months, while 36% had no directmentorship at all. (Sturdivant, C. 2013.) Since neonatal therapy isan advanced practice area, we simply must do better. IGNITE is striving for better — and we hope you’ll join us.

IGNITE is an online training and mentoring program for OTs, PTsand SLPs who specialize in the field of neonatal therapy. TheIGNITE Program is a 10 month self-paced on-demand programoffering 13 video-recorded webinars, live monthly mentoringcalls, and tangible tools and resources. Therapists seeking training and mentoring OR mentors whowould benefit from having mentees receive this training will findthe IGNITE Program incredibly valuable.
