1 . Featu re Descri ption, I ntegrity, El igibility :The feature is a one room pnaide school located in a grove of tees. lt rests on a poured concretebundation. The school was moved to this location to be used br a house. lioday it is used for storage.The roof of the scfiool is covered wilh rnetal sheeting and the chimney is gone. The soffis are dced-The building measures 24 teet east to west and 18 feet north to south.

A wide trim board runs under the eaves at the peak ends of the school. The siding is 6 inch wood lapwith 4 inch wood comer tim. The windows are replacerent, double hung windows with storm/sceens.A dckety porcfi leads to an enty at the southwest corner of the building. A storm door protects the 5panel uloorl door leading inskle the enfiy. The enty floor b wood covered with tile. llthlls in the porcfr

are covered with wallboard and the school proper has fiberboard walls. Ceiling tile finishes the ceiling.The school has interiorwalls to make rooms for living space. The interior is in great shape, all wallspainted. There ale no blacktoards or wainsmt. After the school was moved it was wired br electicity.

Travel about 6 miles and then tum west on Go Rd 6or 96th St, this road is shortly after you pass Bethany Lutheran Church on the left side of the road. Go4 1/2 miles on o Rd 6 and take a left after the white farm with the bam that says Wllow Leaf Fam1916 and head south for 112 mile into the farm youard.
