General information:

The semi-automatic sealing machines made by the BS Verpackung company are suitable for

sealing commercially available trays, for vacuum packing them and for flushing them with

protective gas. The following criteria set our systems apart: the robust stainless steel design,

the portable unit that is ready to plug in, protected from spraying water, Busch vacuum pumps.

The easy to service construction allows generous access to the individual components.

Operation:

Our machines have programmable sensor controllers with several storage locations. The system

saves important process parameters like the temperature, the vacuum value and the gas and

sealing time on a product-specific basis. The clearly arranged display and simple operation

guarantee process reliability and high levels of packaging quality.

Sealing frames:

We have available a wide range of standard frames to choose from. In each case, they consist

of the sealing frame and an associated sealing plate with outline cutting. Our compressed

air support makes possible high levels of contact pressure which results in safe sealing. It

is possible to change tools quickly and easily. We will be happy to offer bespoke frames on

request.

Hygiene:

A logical structure and the use of elements that are protected from spraying water guarantee

quick and easy cleaning of important parts of the machine.

Packaging:

Flexible production processes and intensive contact with our customers are the basis of a

wide range of different packaging solutions. We will be happy to talk to you about the right

materials for your individual needs. When doing this, we pay particular attention to the perfect

interaction between the machine, sealing foil and sealing trays.

Vacuum pumps:

Our BS tray sealers are fitted with powerful vacuum pumps made by the Busch company. They

achieve a vacuum value of 99.6 %. Reducing the oxygen content slows down the growth of

bacteria and germs.

SKIN PACK

Our Skin packaging machines put us in a position to better represent the contour and texture

of the product. In this connection, we place particular emphasis on clean sealing and a

gentle shrinking process. Skin packaging makes possible suspended and vertical product

presentations. The snug, transparent foil creates an attractive sales package.

The semi-automatic sealing machines made by the BS Verpackung company are suitable for

sealing commercially available trays, for vacuum packing them and for flushing them with

protective gas. The following criteria set our systems apart: the robust stainless steel design,

the portable unit that is ready to plug in, protected from spraying water, Busch vacuum pumps.

The easy to service construction allows generous access to the individual components.

Operation:

Our machines have programmable sensor controllers with several storage locations. The system

saves important process parameters like the temperature, the vacuum value and the gas and

sealing time on a product-specific basis. The clearly arranged display and simple operation

guarantee process reliability and high levels of packaging quality.

Sealing frames:

We have available a wide range of standard frames to choose from. In each case, they consist

of the sealing frame and an associated sealing plate with outline cutting. Our compressed

air support makes possible high levels of contact pressure which results in safe sealing. It

is possible to change tools quickly and easily. We will be happy to offer bespoke frames on

request.

Hygiene:

A logical structure and the use of elements that are protected from spraying water guarantee

quick and easy cleaning of important parts of the machine.

Packaging:

Flexible production processes and intensive contact with our customers are the basis of a

wide range of different packaging solutions. We will be happy to talk to you about the right

materials for your individual needs. When doing this, we pay particular attention to the perfect

Vacuum pumps:

Our Skin packaging machines put us in a position to better represent the contour and texture

of the product. In this connection, we place particular emphasis on clean sealing and a

gentle shrinking process. Skin packaging makes possible suspended and vertical product

presentations. The snug, transparent foil creates an attractive sales package.
