FROZEN YOGURT POPS IT ´ S EASY TO DO AND VERY REFRESHING ESPECIALLY IN SUMMER You will need: 1 8-oz. container of your favorite flavor of yogurt small paper cups wooden popsicle sticks plastic wrap Directions: Pour yogurt into paper cups. Fill them almost to the top. Stretch a small piece of plastic wrap across the top of each cup. Using the popsicle stick, poke a hole in the plastic wrap. Stand the stick straight up in the center of the cup. Put the cups in the freezer until the yogurt is frozen solid. Remove the plastic wrap, peel away the paper cup, and eat your pop!

AWESOME APPLESAUCE

Ingredients: 2 small red apples 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. sugar 2 pinches of

cinnamon

Directions: Peel the apples and cut

them into small pieces. Throw out the core.

Blend the apple pieces and lemon juice until the mixture is very smooth.

Pour the mixture into two small bowls and stir in the sugar and cinnamon.

Enjoy your awesome applesauce!

FABULOUS FRENCH TOASTMAYBE NOT SO HEALTHY, BUT DELICIOUS....HMM....

Ingredients: 1 egg ¼ c. milk dash of vanilla

extract 1 tbsp. margarine 2 pieces of bread

Directions: Crack the egg into a bowl

and beat well. Then mix in the milk and vanilla extract.

Put the margarine in a frying pan.

Put each piece of bread in the egg mixture. Make sure the bread is totally covered.

Cook the bread in the frying pan on the both sides until they are light brown (about 5 minutes) .

Smoothie

Blend together ½ cup frozen strawberries, ½ cup frozen blueberries, 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt, 2 tsp. honey, and ¼ cup milk of choice.

Yummy CrackersDividing evenly,

spread2 crisp bread crackerswith 1 tablespoonchocolate-hazelnut

spread.Top with 1 slicedsmall banana.

HAPPY FACES STH.FOR FUNNY BEAKFAST

Ingredients 2 bagels, split in

half ½ cup cream

cheese 1 small cucumber ½ plum tomato,

cut into wedges

Directions Toast the bagel halves

and spread each with the cream cheese.

Cut the cucumber into 8 rounds and several thin slices that can be used to form eyeglasses. Cut the tomato into 4 wedges and use one on each bagel half to form a smile.

ENGLISH-MUFFIN EGG PIZZAS

Ingredients 4 English muffins

(bagels) olive oil tomato slices 2 hard-cooked eggs,

sliced grated mozzarella oregano salt

Directions Make Hard-Cooked Eggs. Toast 8 English-muffin

halves and place on a cookie sheet.

Drizzle each with olive oil, then layer on tomato slices, hard-cooked egg slices (1/2 an egg each), and a little grated mozzarella. Sprinkle with oregano and salt.

Broil 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
