Rubbing Alcohol Step 1: Clamp shock in vice at body eyelet and release positive air pressure completely. Step 2: Remove air canister. Step 1 Step 2 Step 3: Remove all air seals from air canister and damper. Seals on damper: Main eyelet seal, positive air seal, 2 split support rings, top out bumper. Step 1: Clamp shock in vice at body eyelet and release positive air pressure completely.

Step 2: Remove air canister.

Step 3: Remove all air seals from air canister and damper.

Seals on damper: Main eyelet seal, positive air seal, 2 split support rings, top out bumper.

Seals in air canister: Dust wiper, negative air seal, and negative air seal backup ring. (remove nega-tive air seal first)

Step 4: Clean shock and air canister thoroughly.

Step 5: Lightly coat all seals with Slick Honey or similar suspension grease.

Step 6: Install damper seals in this order. 1. Main eyelet seal, 2. Positive air seal, 3. 2 split support rings 4.Top out bumper.

Step 7: Install air canister seals in this order. 1. White backup negative air seal, 2. Negative air seal, 3. Dust wiper.

Step 8: Lightly coat air canister seals with Slick Honey or similar suspension grease on the inside of the air canister.

Step 9: Apply liberal amounts of Slick Honey to the damper seals.Step 7 Completed

Step 6 Two Split Support Rings

Step 10: Reattach air canister being careful not to scar seals. Hand tighten and look that graphics closely realign.

Step 11: Re-pressurize and clean shock with rubbing alcohol.

Step 12: Reinstall travel O-Ring.

Step 13: Go ride your bike.
